刘奋荣, 清华大学哲学系教授, 现任哲学系副主任。2001年获中国社会科学院哲学博士，2008年获阿姆斯特丹大学理学博士。2009年入选清华大学“基础研究青年人才支持计划”，2011年获清华大学“学术新人奖”，并择优晋升为教授。 2012年入选“教育部新世纪人才计划”, 2013年受聘阿姆斯特丹大学Visiting Professor。担任知名英文杂志Australasian Journal of Logic, Studia Logica, Synthese等的主编或编委。主要的研究兴趣：关于多主体互动的逻辑。 如, 动态偏好逻辑、信念修正理论、多主体系统以及非理想的主体。
A Brief Bio: Fenrong Liu is a full Professor of Logic, Deputy Director at the Department of Philosophy, Tsinghua University. She received her first Ph.D in 2001 at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and her second Ph.D in 2008 at the University of Amsterdam. Fenrong works mainly in the field of logics for rational agency. Her research work includes the formal structured models of preference dynamics and modeling different types of agent in terms of logic. She has published a number of papers and books on these topics, notably, Reasoning about Preference Dynamics (Springer 2011). Her recent interest lies in understanding the features of information flow and decision making in social setting, and establishing more realistic models. In addition, she maintains active interests in Chinese Ancient Logic. She is currently editing a Handbook of Logical Thought in China. Fenrong is an Editor-in-Chief of the new book series of Studia Logica Library: Logic in Asia, an editor of
Australasian Journal of Logic, an associate editor of Studia Logica and Studies in Logic, and an editorial board member of Synthese and Topoi.
